15 USED CAR/TRUCKS TO AVOID

I read that earlier today. What a load of it. Pick a car - any car- and you can find year models that had recurring issues. They are cars and none of them are going to be perfect.

I have a 2004 F 150 that has over 100,000 miles on it. I use full synthetic oil in it and change the oil every 10,000 miles. It has never been in a shop for anything at all. It still has the original spark plugs, wires, and brakes and still runs like new. I pull a camper trailer from the houston area to colorado every year and have never had even one minor problem from it.

Head gasket on a 2003 Subaru Forester isn't so bad, I'll likely do them along with new t-belts in Spring for her 100,000 mile service.
Love my '07 FX4 5.4 as well, guess they just got some bad feedback?

This list is interesting. However, my favorite bit is the bottom part:
wut?
Whatevercar, any year.
This car/truck has had it's issues, lots of recalls, plenty of reasons to think twice. Not saying 'don't buy it', but not saying 'do' either. You might have an issue that can cause loss of control, and certainly will hit you square in the wallet. Might also cause you to grind your teeth in irritation as it moans, growls, and vibrates down the road.
