They just moved back in Dec. but he said he will return (after the divorce) and start his business again. He absolutely loved the place!! But he said it is really, really expensive to live out there.

Yep! its spendy... Dev said he signed 6 month lease on a 1 bedroom apt ...$ 2200.00 a month.. he said that was about average ... for anything decent...paradise aint cheep!! ..lol

Oh yeah I have them ( 2 pics) but don't ask me to post them since I failed so miserably last night. Send them to John or the KPHead dude. I can't take the stress tonight! And just a reminder that Barrett/Jackson auction starts at 7 pm tonight!!
