I would think a VW tech wouldn't know as much about a differential in a rear wheel drive car as maybe a Ford tech would. He probably hadn't changed too many gears on a SRA since the 1970's.

Nick

I would check with the place on Main st. (Dave's) around Donmoyer ave or the place on Bendix Dr. south ( Dale's) of the Airport. One of the guys who use to own Dave's was a Drag Racer and last time I have my Front alignment done at Dale's he had several Muscle cars he was working on.

Just some help

I do remember hearing about the totalled Corvette at Byron, it hit the wall at least twice. It was brand new at the time too, I think it was a '99 or '00.

It's just a differential.. In one of the most uncomplicated axle setups on the planet.. It's not like he has to take apart a VW W8. heheheh.. We've done all my major mods in his service bay.

Cool, I will check with them. I drive past Dave's on my way home from work. Thanks!

Just found out about next Saturday at Gingerman's Raceway Park is the SVT Cobra/ Mustang Road race and Car Show. To go around the track is $350 but the Car Show is only $20 which is the same $$ as they would charge to watch.

My car ran pretty good yesterday, 13.8 to 14.1. I know what my big issue is, I need drag radials to launch better. I'll be getting some in the spring for next year for sure.

Seriously?...

Oh well.. I have tickets for this weeks game.. looking for the rebound. I hope Michigan goes undefeated... that way it dosnt seem so bad to loose to them.

I hope they go undefeated too...but Ohio State always seems to be the problem.

The Bears definitely weren't looking their best on Sunday. I hope they get their heads on straight soon. Cutler must have gotten a good talking to during half-time. It seemed like he was doing a bit better in the third quarter. The defense didn't hold together though.

Brady's first game back in 53 weeks and he threw for more yards than anyone else on opening week..... And the Cowboys won too.
