Morn'ing everybody about 8' of snow here and cold
Got my personalize plate yesterday. what a pain in the @ss. Cost $50 to order than back to the BMV to see if it came in. Another $118 to transfer and another couple of months added before I need to renew (11-09 to 04-10). Than they got to mail it from another branch. Man what a pain.

Well it feels like 8 feet .....winter suks

Darrell those are good looking tags ... Cool! ... I like the solid blue with white letters... your run a round at the DMV made me think you where in the state of corruption trying to get tags ... lol
I like your plates too - my wife put the stops on that idea (with all the extra costs). She says the state gets enough of our money. She is right. Although I wouldn't mind getting "Assman" for my Impala...
No snow here yet this season. Al Gore is seeing to that.

Well I had to explain what the CS on the end was as it came back from their home office as a question mark. They did look up to see that there was a California Special from Ford. Nothing bad is allowed on the plates like "Mitch Suks" (He's the Gov. of Ind.) Although the BMV is alot quicker these days. Use to be a half a day affair to get your plates. At one time they removed the Clocks out of the BMV so you couldn't tell how long you been there. I guess they think nobody wears a watch.
"About his ASSMAN plates, Kramer believes that the real owner is a proctologist. He tells Jerry and George that if they ever meet a proctologist at a party, they should stand nearby to be assured of hearing a funny story that will inevitably end with someone claiming "It was a million-to-one shot, Doc".

Scott what's killing us, are one sided trading agreements ... Germany, Korea, Japan and China only allow a few thousand U S auto to be inported a year while we allow are market to flooded with there Auto trash! and then we have short sighted americans who buy this crap thinking their getting a deal when all they are really doing is undermining the economic base which supports their industries too!
I agree but we signed up to them. Buttheads.
Manufacturing is almost dead in this country!

thats where the big lie falls into play! the fact is Darrell if we had the same import resrictions Japan has on are steal !! there would be no need for the selling of our U S manufacturing facilities to foreign enitys
