I would think choice "D" would be a shoe in with you....Mr Carbon Fiber.

But personally I like choice "A" since they are retro and look like the mirrors on my 70 Mach 1. But what I can tell you is they are alot smaller mirror and are hard to see out of. Remember they are a throw back to the 70's.

Hey all!
Still around, I just was busy for a few weeks & had a week to recover now.

The daughters wedding was great She had a grin ear-to-ear all day. We had to teach these Ohio folks how to throw a classic western PA wedding;lots to eat & drink & plenty of dancing.

Still waiting for my tax rebate so's I can finally get those prothenes & sequential taillights.
Did pick up a set of new Eibach sway bars for a steal. Installed the rear bar & have to get the front bolted up yet. Noticed an improvement with just the rear on.

Hoping to get to the spring dyno day @ Brenspeed, not definate for me yet.

Scott,
Glad you had a nice vacation, spring is about the best time to visit FL.

Cody,
Congrats on your move-in

Even though it's not Mustang related, have to throw in a pic of the new bride & my new son-in-law.

Hey Larry,
I thought you forgot us. Glad the wedding went well. I know it's taken up alot of your time this last month. Let me know when you get the Prothanes and sequentials...we can get together for the install if you want too. Also keep me in the loop about dyno day at Brenspeeds. I will make the trip if others from the Midwest forum are going but so far I don't see much interest this time. That is 7 hrs of driving round trip for us. I don't care about putting my car on the dyno this time but will come for sure for a meet and greet with the Midwest guys. Who all of you guys might make it this time???

Scott, there was no spring clip on my mirror when I removed it, it looks completely different from the one in that other thread.

No problem. I'll be finishing my install tomorrow, just need to wire it up. I picked up an add-a-fuse today from the parts store since I don't like using the little metal ones that jam in there with an existing fuse.

Three women: one engaged, one married, and one a mistress, are
chatting about their relationships and decide to amaze their
men....that night all three will wear a leather bodice S&M style,
stilettos and mask over their eyes
After a few days they meet again.....

The engaged girlfriend said: "The other night, when my boyfriend came
back home, he found me in the leather bodice, 4" stilettos and mask.
He said, "You are the woman of my life, I love you...then we made love
all night long."

The mistress stated: "Oh Yes! The other night we met in his office. I
was wearing the leather bodice, mega stilettos, mas k over my eyes and
a raincoat. When I opened the raincoat, he didn't say a word. We just
had wild sex all night."

The married one then said: "The other night I sent the kids to stay at
my mother's for the night, I got myself ready, leather bodice, super
stilettos and mask over my eyes.
My husband came in from work , grabbed the TV controller and a beer,
and said, "Hey Batman, what's for dinner?"

good stuff

Well, I bit the bullet and took the Mustang in for some Warranty work. Mine is up in June. I printed out the TSB's for the dead battery and fuel pump issues. I made it clear to the service manager and tech that I keep the car clean and to be very careful. I suppose I am paranoid from some of the stories I have read on the forums about bad (service) experiences at the dealerships.

I already had the rear seat pulled out for them. They replaced the fuel pumps, and the battery tested bad so I got a new one. (Wasn't expecting that) And they reprogrammed the Air Bag controller per the recall. I was impressed that they did not leave a mark on the car. So I left some positive feedback on the voice mail of the dealership's owner.

You guys seen these two hoods from Cervini's?

I'll add a couple more funnies to Glenn's -

A man and a woman who had never met before, but were both married to other people, found themselves assigned to the same sleeping room on a
transcontinental train.

Though initially embarrassed and uneasy over sharing a room, they were
both very tired and fell asleep quickly... he in the upper bunk and she in the
lower.

At 1:00 AM, the man leaned over and gently woke the woman saying, "Ma'am, I'm sorry to bother you, but would you be willing to reach into the closet to get me a second blanket? I'm awfully cold."

"I have a better idea," she replied. "Just for tonight, let's pretend
that we're married."

"Wow! That's a great idea!" he exclaimed.

"Good," she replied. "Get your own f___-ing blanket."

After a moment of silence, he farted.
____

And another classic -

A guy walks into a bar with his pet monkey.
He orders a drink and while he's drinking, the monkey
jumps all around the place.

The monkey grabs some olives off the bar and eats them.
Then he grabs some sliced limes and eats them. He then jumps
onto the pool table and grabs one of the billiard *****.

To everyone's amazement, he sticks it in his mouth, and
somehow swallows it whole.

The bartender screams at the guy, 'Did you see what your
monkey just did?'

'No, what?'

'He just ate the cue ball off my pool table... whole!'

'Yeah, that doesn't surprise me,' replied the guy,
'he eats everything in sight. Sorry! I'll pay for the
cue ball and stuff.'

The guy finishes his drink, pays his bill, pays for the
stuff the monkey ate and leaves.

Two weeks later the guy is in the bar again, and has his
monkey with him. He orders a drink and the monkey starts
running around the bar again. While the man is finishing
his drink, the monkey finds a maraschino cherry on the bar.
He grabs it, sticks it up his butt, pulls it out, and eats it.
T h en the monkey finds a peanut, and again sticks it up his butt,
Pulls it out, and eats it.

The bartender is disgusted. 'Did you see what your
monkey did now?'

'No, what?' replied the man.

'Well, he stuck a maraschino cherry and a peanut up his butt,
pulled them out, and ate them!' said the bartender.

'Yeah, that doesn't surprise me,' replied the guy. 'He still
eats everything in sight, but ever since he had to poop that cue ball,
he measures everything first.'

Hey Chris,
I am glad to hear your dealer experience went so well.

I got my mirror done today, very pleased with how easy it was to install and calibrate. I put the temp sensor up near the radiator, clipped to the support. It seems to be reading within a few degrees of what it should, so I'm happy with its location.

Good for you Justin. I missed the UPS guys for three straight days. Now I can pick up my mirror at the main UPS terminal tomorrow after work. Also Justin did you get the "M" wire harness on your mirror? On the Gentex mirror thread guys are saying that the "M" harness does not have a cover for the wires. Which I thought was the whole point of getting the "M" harness. What does yours look like?
