Back from camping, windy as hell yesterday and cold but it was worth it.

Tom those are some nice times, don't know when I'll get back to the strip and just try to break in to the 12's.

87 and sunny, I hate you !...
Just came in from the beach. Been out since 10 AM. As STD said. 87 and sunny today. Got to make another trip to Winn Dixie for ice and beer and TP. Put a big dent in that 1st case of Miller Lite in the last 24 hrs.
This is still the nicest beach I have ever been on. I will try again to post a pic or two. Last night was fun. Had a good time with the family. On the way home tho I had Officer friendly come zooming up behind be and escort me pretty much to my street, even past his jurisdiction. Kinda pissed me off. If I would not have had anything to drink I would of pulled over and asked him wtf his problem was. Oh well.

Got stocked back up on the brewskeys. I will try to post the pics I snapped yesterday. The wife's works for a government contractor and her laptop has tons of encryption crap on it and it's hard to get around. But lets try again! This is where they get the sand to put in those ashtrays in the fancy hotels. We are in the tower on the left in the second pic.

Not sure you could see her Glenn. We are on the 3rd floor. Looking straight into the tops of the palm trees. The beach is a little obsured this time.Karen and I have been on about every beach all around Florida in the past 33 years.
The west coast beaches are the best. And Marco Island tops them all. They accually run tractors up and down the beach to fluff the sand and pic up trash every day. This place is full of money.

Todays weather was mostly sunny, a little windy but pleasant, 85 was the high. There is a chance of rain tonight and early tomorrow morning than looking good the rest of the week. It's hard to beat the weather down here this time of the year.

The Michiana Mustangs Club has been invited to a show and shine at Campbell Ford, Saturday, May 24th from 9am - 5pm. This event will mark the 25th anniversary of Saleen Mustang production, and legendary racer Dan Gurney will be on hand to mark this special event.
