Those aren't that bad. But why cut into your hood when you can get these! http://www.magneticflames.com/p.louvers.htm

EH... Not sure what kind of hood that is. Looks like a California Dream hood only customized with louvers. Bob??? Where'd ya find it?

Anyone going out to BYB tonight? I'm not going to make it tonight, but should be there next week.

For info on the hood go to www.thedreamcarfactory.com

Best looking hood out there and the most functional one....vents close to the front of the car to let in real cold air and louvers at the back of the hood to let out the hot air.........

A bargain at only $1800.00...plus paint and install....anyone want a group buy ?

Better but, I think I'm still liking the Shelby Hertz hood or the Eleanor hood.

Anyone make it out to BYB last night? Would have been a great night weatherwise.

I really like this hood, but 1800 is a ton for a hood. I guess I'll just wait until it comes down in price or someone else makes it cheaper. I like the Shelby-H hood but I don't know how much it costs or where I can buy it. Any ideas?

GCCM SHow

I just wanted to let everyone know about the Green Country Mustang Club Show on Saturday, September 16. This is a great show that is tons of fun. This year Will at CarFx has donated money for 1st-3rd prizes in the 2005-2007 class. So if you win you will get money. Wipe off the car and bring it out to win some cash.
Really, now that my advertising is done, this really is a great show. We had about 100 cars last year and are expecting even more this year. Will will be out selling stuff and show casing his cars. Also, it is being held at United Ford on 97th and Memorial. Go to www.greencountryclassicmustangs.com to get a registration form. You can also sign up that day. Lots of door prizes and a great auction at the end with the money going to the Little Lighthouse of Tulsa. I hope everyone can make it. It would also be a great time to advertise and show off our club we are starting.

Let plan on attending. Who's in? I'll send a email out to the dist. list to make sure everyone that doesn't monitor this forum post knows about it.

Is anyone going to make it out to BYB tonight???? I had a good weekend in the garage. Got the Lightning waxed, tuned up and looking good so I might bring it. I also started working on the air box/heat shield for the JLT on the Stang. Started out by making a carboard template and then a lot of cutting and bending of the metal. Fits great and should keep the heat out. I just gotta finish polishing it and it will be done. It's looks a lot better than the cheap plastic piece.

Nope... Nobody (including our DEDICATED members) could make it. So I stayed home and worked on the Stang a bit.

Here you go Jeff.......

Chrome like fuel rail decals....

Remember there is one for the top and another for the sides. Will they take the heat, time will tell. She uses pay pal on e-bay but when I bought the side covers I just sent her cash. Expect a full week for delivery.

Lisa Thompson

lisajthompson@earthlink.net>

Dash and/or engine plaque.......

Different sizes, different emblems, different wording....Gary is great to work with and will e-mail you a picture of what you decided on before you pay. In Canada so delivery time is lengthy.

Howdy all! Thanks for everyone that came out on Saturday. Good to see everyone as always. Special thanks go out to Green Country Mustang Club for putting on a good show as always! I'll post some pics from the show later (read: tonight).

While none of the members won any trophies, I'm happy to announce that the club did win a $50 prize for it's club participation. To celebrate, we like to invite all club members to meet this Friday evening at the Tulsa Race Way for their weekly Test N Tune night. This is a non-competition event (but tell that to Jeff and I!). Come see what your pony does in 1/4 mile. We'll use the money won at the show this past weekend to go towards club member entry fees.

Please let me know if you can make it! http://www.tulsaracewaypark.com/
