I forgot my disclosure....

All statements mention above are forward, backwards, and sometime sideway looking statements within the meaning of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. Such forward-looking statements involve could be complete BS and probably are... Generally, forward-looking backwards, and sometime sideway looking statements aren't based on anything. They are just included to add girth to the general disclosure statement to make it appear very wordy. Pretty cool huh? Any statements that refer to expectations or other characterizations of future events, circumstances or results should be considered false and complete BS. We learned everything we know from Enron. And we all know how that went…

Have you thought about getting a trailer and parking it down by the river ?

Good thing about that is when you have your first divorce there will not be much of a fight,

Now that Paul has finished everything for his divers certificate I think someone needs to check his brainwaves, maybe he was down in the water a little to long or he has consumed to much of these Oklahoma polluted lakes.

Guys, I really appreciate your input, especially's Bob's bubbly, optimistic, unbiased opinions The house in question is a stone's throw away from Verdigris Schools. It is in a really nice neighborhood, and is sort of a lower-end house in a upper-end development. The previous owners are 24 years old w/ 2 kids, and the father has a terminal illness and hasn't worked in a year. We have been in the house, and it looks good except for a few cosmetic issues (paint, wallpaper, missing ceiling fans). Luckily, Audra has a good friend who owns Claremore Abstract & Title Co., so I think she is going to help us along. She has already contacted the lawyer that is dealing with the foreclosure.
Two years ago, the house appraised for $135K, and we are thinking we can get it for around $115-120K, fix it up, and sell it 2 years for about $20K profit

No prob. Sounds like it could be a decent deal. Illness is hard to predict. Chances are they are just good people with bad luck.

Bobby... Not even close to being done with the diving. I'm working on Dive Master. Many many classes. Many...

Has anybody followed the conversations on the forum about the new front center fog light grill by Street Scene and 3DCarbon ?

Sounds like a quality grill, the texture matches the factory grill and it has the wiring extensions. The lights stick out more and are closer together than Paul's grill. Price from Kevin is about $50. more than what Paul and I paid which was $120. + shipping.

The manufacturer of Paul's grill will have the grills ready in about a week, price and etc. who knows.

I like the placement of the lights better with Paul's grill....any comments ?

Most of my posts are dripping with sarcasm... That was sarcsitic.

The SS grill.... I think I'm sticking with mine. I like the light placement so why change. I just wish right now it would cool off so I can play/work on with my toys. No fun wrenching in a garage that is 110 degrees.

How did the show go? A little chilly out there last night, huh? On the way back from dinner I stopped by. It was around 8:30ish. Nobody was there except Julie and a few of the other S2000 club.

The show went well, Matt's new pipes were the hit of the show.......did I tell you Matt has new pipes,
Bob had nothing new.....Matt had new pipes,
Matt still has no hood lock pins, he really needs to get some to go with his new pipes,
Nothing new for Bob.....don't know if Paul has anything new, haven't seen him in a long time,
If Paul has anything new it will be hard to top Matt's new pipes,
He needs hood pins.
