Bobby, aka "The Sage", you are a wise man. I have mentioned registering at CarFX, but that went over like a lead balloon, even though I'm sure Will wouldn't mind. I think we should use the last few sentences of Bob's dictation as the basis for a club charter, just change the Porsche to a Mustang. Lets take a vote, all those in favor of changing Bob's name to "The Elder", say I

Like the new Avatar ? Something for Matt to think about while he is roaming the isles of Walmart...
Should have listed CarFX, Matt.......was there several days ago to get you a wedding gift and asked Will if you had registered , but he just had this dazed look and all he said was "say what"...
If you like Paul and I could decorate your stang for the wedding drive off...I think we both have creative minds and could really come up with some clever decorations for you pony........

Matt, you need to take some time off from work and the wedding and get with Paul and install those hood pins on your car...
If you would please do me a favor and let me know how steady Pauls hands are with a drill and also check out the drill bit to see if it is new or old and worn out.

July the 23rd., which is a Sunday ......is the date for the Hooters car show.
This would be a good way to advertise our club...by having our stangs lined up together we would be a good crowd attraction and hopefully we could hand out fliers on the club.
This show will attract folks from all over the metropolitan area.
We don't have to go thinking that we have to detail our cars and win a trophy......just lining the ponys up will be great advertising.
Don't have a problem with us being a little picky on who becomes a member, but there are others out there with the newer ponies that don't like any of the existing Mustang clubs and may not be totally aware of the Tuesday night gettogethers.
If we go after Will or Joe Copper for sponsorship we don't want to be in a position when they ask us to show up at their place of business on a Saturday morning and we only have five cars.
May be a little to soon but if we hustle we can come up with a flier.
Remember if you don't get the Bird Flu there is always the Bush and Chaney mental wizards that have the potential to get us in WW3.
So lets enjoy our rides before Mohammad takes our cars away and gives us a camel for our transportation needs.
Give it some thought.

The voices in my head that talk to me have told me to forget getting a Shelby because they turned out to be fat, ugly pigs......one of the voices says to wait until the new 2009s come out and then another voice says keep modding what I have........Think I will have several shots of Jack Daniels, play a little Solomon Burke and then go visit this hen I know. Have a good weekend.

Sorry been out of pocket last couple days. Next weekend is not good for me.
I got family coming in next weekend. I do like the idea! What time is the show etc. ? I may be able to sneak out for a little bit.
As far as Boobies car... What ever you get, make a blue one. It's the fastest color...

Yesterday I saw Jesus again.......hit 138 mph on Grand Lake......around 135 mph I looked up at the sky and that is when I saw him looking down on us. The boat is a Skater catamarans with two engines that were dyno at 1171hp and the other at 1173hp....the goal is to go 160mph. On the water going those speeds is just like a time warp ......you know that the smallest thing to go wrong.....your dead but you keep pushing those throttles...the need for speed. Oh, the other two times I saw Jesus was overseas and one time in divorce court.

Awesome Bobbie. 138 in a boat is a religious experience! Man...
Looks like I'm going to be out pocket for the next 2 weeks. I got family coming in this weekend and I'm also have a few dive classes I'm taking in order to move closer to my dive master cert.
What does that mean? It means, I probably won't make it to the tues shows for the next 2 weeks and looking at this weekend's Hooter show sced, that doesn't look do-able either.
Just too much going! Looks like after these next couple weeks. Things will settle down and we'll get back to business. Stang business that is...

Did not go.......but was out with a friend and we drove by,
There were 9 cars.....one was a new stang and the guy was spraying it down......few minutes later he got in the car and left....., don't know if more showed up later..we were there at 6:20
Decided to check out the other one at Jason's Deli.....nothing
Don't know if the heat has chased them away or if they changed the hours because of the heat.....the Jason's Deli show may have changed days or closed down because they could not pull the cars that BYB did.

I have not seen him before, around late 40s or early 50s ...
Silver GT so it had to be a 2005 ????
Only mod I saw from a distance was scopes over the rear side windows...
