Steeda/Roush on the suspension. Really sweet parts Springs, shocks, upper adjustable, lower adjustable, Brakes that could stop a fighter jet, Smaller pulley on the blower, intercooler, Wheels that you would die for, Sweet BFG rubber, etc etc..... I'm Drooling, I'm Drooling, I'm drooling down the river......

The show was awesome with a ton of cars...it was more than worth the trip....

My top 3 hot items of the show were chrome cam covers, carbon fiber hood and an under hood blanket

I think David would agree with my top 3

My top top number 1 was the carbon fiber hood! and a close second was the cam covers and third would be the under hood blanket custom job! Which I will be researching the material to see if we can get some!

I love to pull the trigger myself! Love to.. But, I have other priorities and hobbies.

On the bright side! While it won't last long... I'm still the fastest! NaNa.

Seriously, did you really install it Dave? How long did it take you? I assume the tune came from Rousch right?

When my brother and I left the show Sunday I knew this would end in one or both of us dead.....with competitive brothers and two hot cars it is a script for trouble......but today we are still alive and we both saw 150 + mph

The GT did not just walk away from the pony this time, the stang did good,

The car is a totally different vehicle, the speed is unbelievable, it just kicks in and that supercharger sound starts at low rpm and just screams louder and louder all the way till you slow, the brakes are as much fun as the power, you just tap them and the car stops, no nose dive, no rear end going high......just stops and plants you in the seat, the car does not lean, the car does not slid on an on ramp at over 100mph....the ride does not beat you to death but is firm when you need it.

The car is what I always wanted and that is a totally balanced car
that does everything....the key word here is "balanced".

I guess the better question is, do you have any idea how much horsepower and torque it is making? What size pulley do you have?

Why and what I learned.....

I was as I told you guys going to do the suspension next but one thing lead to another.....spent days thinking about the money and if this was insanity on my part, should I spend the $$ or be wiser and smarter with it and but in the end finally pulled it out from under the mattress. Because I did have the money and because I am an old fart why not do it all instead of just this now and that later...enjoy it by doing the performance mods now

Your time will come, you guys are young and have other responsibilities that are more important before any big $$ are spent on your cars.

Also learned that there is a lot of BS out there and everybody is an expert and know it all.......but there are people that do know their stuff and do have a lot of experience and knowledge.....the parts are one thing, the knowledge and experience are another thing. You could buy all the parts that I did and place your car next to mine and mine would beat yours. Balance, reliability and quality parts and installers are out there....there is also an enormous amount of BS out there.

Jeff, my installer will be at the Mid- America show...if you can I would suggest that you at least wait and talk with him......his knowledge and his ability to explain is something else.

A performance car is more than what people on a forum think is the best and performance is more than just buying and installing parts.

My car has even been plumbed !!

Got to run....see you guys soon

Oh, you may want to look out for the Bling Machine, it can run with the big ponies now

Thanks for the info Bob. I am probably going to go ahead and get the SC now because I want it for the Mid America show. I am also going with the Ford Racing Whipple. As to installation, I haven't decided if I am going to tackle that myself or have Kurtis do it. Kurtis will definitely be the one tuning it.
