Turns out I know some people that work at a ford engine plant, so one of them is going to sponsor me. So I'll be ok, thanks guys.

Great!
I got my PIN through Friends and Family of Ford, via the Pony Drive Club.
I had used mine to order my 05, but found it locally, so I cancelled my order.
I may use the PIN eventually on something.

I just ordered an 06 on x-plan and they said I didn't need the PIN# just proof of employment at the company.

Did the waiver state what would happen if you did sell it in under 6 months?

I didn't have that restriction.
I looked through my papers and didn't find a copy of it. When I was doing the papers while looking out the window at my car, with other people looking at it, I didn't read that one too close! I called back to dealer and asked him what it was for. He said that if I sold within 6 months, I would loose my x-plan privilages for life. He said that there has been a problem with people buying them at X and other plans, and turning around and making a bunch of money on them! Says Ford wants you to buy cars from Ford, not other people. Makes sense to me.
Any way, he said if I did want to sell, they would give me a killer trade in for the car, he didn't say how much, but I'm not interested anyway.
