So, now that we know the prices we can calculate the x-plan price. I know that x-plan is 4% above a-plan, which is 2% above invoice. Which invoice price used to calculate this, the Dealer Price or the Dealer Invoice With Holdback?

A plan used to be 2% below the invoice "dealer price". Ford repaid the dealer for the 2% that was lost. I think the dealer also gets some other incentive for selling Z and A plan vehicles, Maybe at the end of each month or each year.
