Jeez guys.... I've been waiting since the second week of October... Build date of the 25th... hope it actually makes it

 

I've been sitting back and watching the thread grow. Well here is one more order that finally got scheduled. As of April 28th, scheduled to be produced the week of April 25th. I've been waiting since December 4th. Man it's tough. One question...I went from being locked into production and then scheduled. Did I go back a step?

Boy, sorta feel like I cut in line or something with all you guys that ordered back in '04.

My dealer was still telling me 6-8 weeks back in Dec., so I put off my order a month so I wouldn't get the car sooner than I wanted. Hindsight proves that to have been a stupid decision!! I wanted it April 1. when the weather gets nice.

Oh well, I hope my May 12 ETA holds.

My best to all the fellow "Week of 4/25" alumni, may we all hear the ERL say "Shipped Via ........" about next Monday.

 

Finally the excitement is starting to set in. Now for the serious questions I have to ponder. Do I stripe my yellow machine or let it be....lol. Never thought something so simple could be so hard.

Ok, here we go. Just checked this morning and it's now "scheduled" again!

 

That ERL will keep you guessing! Mine went from being C&U to scheduled to be built, to locked into production, back to scheduled to be built, then shipped via convoy carrier, then via rail carrier, then arrived at the ramp. The car arrived at the dealership a couple of days later.

My "production tale" in a nutshell. Clear your driveways guys and gals! Your day is near...

 

It's funny how she does that....some people get a "bucked" status, others don't. She's so mysterious....I like that in a woman.

 

Hey guys (and gals)...sound off as you get bucked or shipped. Also tell us what the ERL said as far as "As of April ____, you are scheduled/locked...." I would be curious to compare those dates to the dates people are getting bucked.

 

Ok, I'll start. As of April 29th, you are scheduled for the build week of April 25th.

Dealer said computer shows my car in bucked status....

 

Just called the dealer and he said they started producing it yesterday and it had an ETA of May 5th, next Thursday. Man, I hope he is right!!!!

 

Mine says...."As of April 26th, your unit is scheduled to be built week of April 25th".

This has been the same for at least a week. No "locked in" status, or "bucked", has been reported to date. I have been checking in with our Lovely Gal daily for about 10 days.

My dealer says the computer shows my order as "Bucked" and also an ETA at dealership of 5/12.
Salesman says that means "week of 5/12", but that doesn't make sense because 5/12 is a Thursday.

 

Add me to the list. I ordered mine on 4/5/05 and it's being built this week. Customer servcei 800 line tell me I should have it 5/21/05

Thanks. Yeah I was really happy about the time. The first dealer I went through really jacked me around. :bang: The car is Legend Lime GT, 5 spd, ISAP, Bullitt wheels, Black Leather. Central Valley of Ca. I ordered the car from the bay area. And the best part is they are giving it to me for X Plan.

 

I got an email from my dealer today saying that I've been "bucked and have an eta of May 14th"! Being the optomist that I am, I'm guessing it's going to be earlier than that. According to mapquest, it's only 507 miles to Flatrock.

 

ERL still telling you "scheduled"?
