What's the quickest delivery of an order GT?

I WENT TO TWO NJ DEALERS; GOT AN ESTIMATE ON A GT DELUXE, ACTIVE ANTI-THEFT, IUP, FRONT SIDE AIR BAGS, AUTO, SHAKER 500 STEREO, SPOILER DELETE, 17" PAINTED BLACK ALUM WHEEL WITH SPINNER. ONE DEALER WOULD NOT SPECIFY AN EXACT DATE, SAID HE WOULD ONLY PUT DOWN "TBD" (TO BE DETERMINED). IF IT WASN'T BUILT DURING THIS MODEL YEAR, HE WOULD OFFER AN '06, SUBJECT TO MY APPROVAL.
THE SECOND DEALER OFFERED 16-20 WEEK DELIVERY. PRICES WERE FIRM IN BOTH CASES.

My dealer called and said that on March 24 Ford assigned a VIN and scheduled a build date of April 18. My demand is so pent up, that I don't care that the 18th is a Monday.

I feel extremely fortunate with everything associated with my purchase. I got x-plan and also got delivery rather quickly.
