I am having a similar experience. I ordered my car on 6/5, with a $1000 deposit, with those exact options. There are three dealers in my area that have received that exact car but where is mine?

I called my dealer and asked them that question and they couldn't answer me.

Exactly, just mine doesn't have locking lug nuts.

 

Why not just buy the car thats available and cancel your order.The deposit you gave is refundable, no?

 

family friend. would lead to a serious problem between my father in law's business and dealership. Also, a girl I work with, her husband is a sales person at the other dealership. It sold on Friday. Ford Direct isn't very quick on the updates.

 

The other dealer in my area will not accept my xplan number. I really want the car but I am willing to wait another month or two to avoid the extra approx. $2,000.

 

What I knwo is this wait is gettign ridiculous
