Railcar frustration

Hello all. I finally got a railcar number! Only problem is, no matter what tracking method I try, it can't find my number. Here's what I've tried:

1) http://c01.my.uprr.com/pet/ - found out this covers the west coast shipments, and I'm on the east coast so that might be a problem.

2) CSX - 1-800-235-2352 - listened to the tutorial on how to enter in the numbers and it can't find my car.

3) Norfolk Southern - entered my numbers in and got no where.

My railcar # is:

ETPX 802547

Now, I've seen that a lot of people had numbers in the form of ETTX. Does ETPX seem wrong? I tried ETTX in method number 1 above and the info looks like the info for another car. If anyone could shine some light on this I would greatly appreciate it. TIA

I went through the same thing 2 months ago. I found the best thing to do is just WAIT! Tracking it by railcar isn't going to get the car to you any faster. Plus, it's only been 6 days. I bet in a week you'll get the call. Mine was shipped 11/10 and arrived 11/23. PATIENCE!!!
