Angry Radio Audio Control Module AUX Port Issues

Hello,
So I have a 2007. The Aux input is in the console. Its been working fine, until the other day I had my cord plugged into my phone. Put phone in pocket w/ aux still plugged in and I pulled the cord hard when I was getting out. (long day -_- ). Guess I pulled the input jack hard. Next day no music out the line in. Connection is loose when I put the jack in. tried to open up the console but can't get hands or eyes in there. I have a chrome piece on the EB so the whole thing wont slip off and lost the screw to take it off. Not sure how tugging it really hard screwed it up.
Is there an easier fix then taking it to ford or way to tighten it? Any advice would help. I have an FM transmitter but music DOES NOT sound as good as it did out the aux for some reason. Its just a QOL gripe.

@StormEagle117

Assuming You Have Factory Radio!

May Not Be a Loose Connection but an Electrical Glitch. Just For Giggles Disconnect Battery for 10 Minutes and Reconnect and give It a Try!

See Post 7

May Be Also Interface Cable between Aux port & Source. Trying another Source such a an Ipod with Different Cable May Help to Diagnose. Wiggling Cable at Aux Port may Get Some action if that is Where the Prob is!

Configurations Can Be Disrupted as Well and If Connections are Good it May Need an As built Reprogram of Radio. Likely Not But a Possibility. Had Issue With Radio Replacement in My Gt-500 When Reconnecting and Not Having All Plugs Inserted. It was a Cd Jammed Issue and Was Trying to Coerce Cd's to Eject After a Dead Battery Jammed Them. Lighting would Not Work Till Reprogrammed. Go Figure!

I Have Included Everything as Far as Oem Ford Shop & Wiring Manuals Pertaining to Console & Aux Wiring as a Reference! Also 49 Pages of Radio Shop Info. See Pdf's 6 & 7 For DTC Code Access & Aux Input Troubleshooting.

Worst Case a New Cable By Passing Original Could Be Spliced into Radio at Radio Input if active at Port or Getting Aftermarket Female Input and Wiring in. Doubt if Harness is Still available New. May have to Get Console Out if Push Comes to Shove.

Just Trying to Cover All the Bases!

Best I Got at 2:30 A.M. Maybe Think of More after Some Sleep!

Caught Me in a Productive Mood!
