Possible fuse issue

After my right side fog light blew, I bought some silverstar bulbs to replace them. Probably not even 3 months later the right side bulb blew again. Instead of buying more silverstars I decided to get the 6k HID kit to match my head lights. Unfortunately after only using the fogs twice since I put them in last week the right side fog is not coming on. Could it be a fuse shorting that side out or what, and if it is the fuse can you tell me which fuse I need to replace?

And yes I was very careful about not touching the bulb.

Thanks in advance.

Seem's to me it wouldn't be a fuse problem since one fuse controls both fog lamps. If it was the fuse you would think you would have the problem with both lamps. Have you checked the voltage coming off the harness? Also a fuse protects again a spike or a surge of voltage, if that was happening you would think the fuse would blow.

Yeh I don't think it's a fuse issue anymore after tonight. I turned them on and they both came on and stayed on, so I'm thinking I may have loose wire or connection somewhere and the bulbs are just blowing on the right side. I'll have to get a voltage meter and check to see what it's showing. Do you happen to know what the voltage should be?

Ha I don't know anymore either, the last two nights the fogs have worked like there supposed to. Guess I just had a loose connection on the HIDs and the other bulbs were just crap.
