please assist with 07 GT order

i want a GT convertible i think with premium package (personally i want a deluxe with red leather seats but i think for 07 i cant).
i want redfire with ALL red seats just like the 05 and 06 models. there was some confusion as to whether the seats would be black/red like the GT500.
also i want that black CLOTH top which looks like i can order separately.
lastly anyone who has bought one in the Tampa, FL cheaply please chime in.
