Finally put down an order for an 06 GT tonight.

Tungsten Grey Premium GT Coupe, 5-speed Manual.
Black Interior, IUP w/ Silver Panel, Shaker 500.
Fanblades, Spoiler Delete, AAT.

Dealer coded it a Priority 10.

Got it on X-Plan pricing from the partner program at work.

I am also having the dealer install the FRPP Handling Pack when it shows up at the dealership...so that should be nice

T-Minus 8-10 weeks. :worship: :worship: :worship:

8-10 weeks - wow that would be an amazing turnaround time. I hope it comes true. I'm still waiting for a build date 4 months later. What is a FRPP Handling Pack?

Good luck and welcome to the waiting room!

I hear you there davetito.....I have been waiting since August 5th. Although I do have a VIN # and they say delviery next week (was supposed to be this week)....we'll see. I hope they are telling you the truth 05GT because it is not a fun roller coaster ride when they steer you wrong with their "should be's"!! Good Luck!!!!

I just found out from a buddy who bought via x-plan that they get first priority, his car took two months to get after ordering. I'm looking at least 5 months.

I ordered mine on 12/17 and it arrived today, 1/27. Not too bad considering the 2 week shutdown.

X-Plan does not get first priority. Just so happened that way in his case. Trust me on this. My x-plan is taking 8 months.

The dealership is charging $1800.00 for the kit and installation, including a new alignment. That's a little steep, but at least it's the dealer's responsibility to fix it if anything goes wrong w/ it.
