It sounds like some people who are waiting for their Mustangs have been checking the status through Ford over the phone (not the dealership). I ordered my Mustang GT on Jan 19th and I would like to try this if it does exist, instead of bothering my dealer all the time.

 

yes it does, but no one can post the number on this forum because it is exclusively for dealers. I dont have the number, but anyone who does can PM you with it.

I used to call it almost daily to find the status on the order, it was great.

 

I asked my dealer about this and he didn't know about the status phone number.

Just call your salesman tomorrow and ask him to check CONCEPS for the status of your car. The phone number is not for public use.
