A question for anyone in the know, I called the VOPC number on 3/04 and found out that I had been pulled with a build week on 4/04, I tried calling the 10th, 11th and then today and after going through the entire menu with it picking up the correct number I get a "Transfering to customer service" message. I have not stayed on the phone because it of it being a dealer only line. I thought the 1st couple of times might have been a fluke so today I tried it from another phone line with the same results Has this happen to anyone elses order?

I called on the 12th, and found out I was pulled, so no problems with VOPC for me. It's taking all of your info, but just connecting you with customer service? Odd, If I mess up to many times, is says "connecting with analyst."

Congrats on getting pulled. Funny, you ordered about a week before me, and got pulled a week earlier than me, almost identical turnaround time. Looks like Ford is moving smoothly for Jan. orders.

Hey, we both drive Taurus's too.

Yeah I'm very happy about getting pulled so quick. VOPC is transfering me even though it picks up my numbers correct the 1st time :scratch: I was wondering if it had flagged my order because of all the calls to that order number. I would NEVER wait for analyst because I know it's for dealers only, just seems odd that it's transfering me even when all the number are correct.

SONIC05 it seems that our cars will be from the same litter! Thats Neat!

I don't know, I've call that line daily, sometimes twice, and never got that message, so I don't think they're recognizing your number. If they did, I would've gotten blocked out by now.
