I did the stripes myself, it's something I learned to do back when I was a teenager.
I bought a roll of Trimline 1/16 & 1/8 red, with a 1/8 space between the two.
I found it to be a bit much for me, a little too Chrysler LeBaronish ! :notnice:
So what I did was remove the 1/8 stripe, and lay down another 1/16 stripe, with a 1/16 gap from the first 1/16 stripe. They do not come to a point, but are cut at an angle to match the angle of the front of the car, same at the back. I find it to be just enough, but not too much. The best part is, I can always remove them if I get tired of them.

The red-inlay GT badges for the wheels were correct for 68 and 69 Mustangs. The 67 used a GT badge with a black inlay. The best piece to order is the red-inlay GT badge that goes on the 68 Mustang pop-open gas cap as it's flatter. Most classic Mustang suppliers like National Parts Depot, Mustangs Unlimited, Mustangs Plus (and many, many others!) offer these parts individually.
Hope this helps anyone looking to do a similar treatment.
