Ok, I'm not liking it so far. Just a big Ford ad with really bad acting. Val Kilmer is a really bad choice for the voice. But hey it's a GT500 KR so that's cool.
i just registered......
man after watching this (aint that bad) i might buy the car that i originally wanted....hmmmmmmm

oh God....Hasslehoff.
its finally over...
The car is awesome, I'd love more slow mo pics of the car, and that wing on top of the wing absolutely kills me too. What the hell were the props guys thinking? All my kids were watching and in one of the early scenes it was apparent that the female FBI agent had a female "roommate" and my 12 year old daughter looks at me and my wife says, "this ain't your daddy's Knight Rider."
I have BSM matte black 10" shelby stripes that hve been waiting to go on since August, I'm afraid to put them on now, people will think I'm a poser.

Wasn't that bad. Basically a remake of the original pilot from back in the day. And Mike, the voice WAS NOT Val Kilmer, but Will Arnett from the show Arrested Development.
Oh, and the daughter was CUTE!!!!

Yes, it was cheesy, but no where near as bad as I expected it to be and it was little better than the series. Not being as light hearted as the series helped a lot.
Also on the positive side, Deanna Russo is HOT!!! Oh and the main character wasn't as bad as I thought he was going to be.
On the negative side, the CGI is probably the worst I've ever seen. I'm assuming they either didn't want to spend enough money to do have even decent special effects or the computer guys weren't given enough time to do it. (the car guys only had a week to make KITT)
Also, on the negative side were the car chaces. I hate it when shows have a slow average car keep up with something that has twice the power. Like a Yugo keeping up with a sport bike... or an SUV keeping up with a 500+ hp Mustang.
And lastly, the rear wing and 20" rims were hideous.

Yeah, I almost turned it off when I saw the Edge was keeping up with the KR no problem. I mean, yeah they needed a good car chase scene in the movie...but did they have to do it with an Edge??? Come on.
