OEM alloy pedals?

How are the OEM/factory alloy pedals installed? Are they simply covers or entirely new pedals?

I've got the GT-500 pedals, I believe the GT 07 ones are the same. The brake & clutch are complete new pedals & the gas is a 'cover'

What does the GT500 or Premiere Trim / Sport Appearance Trim 07 GTs use for the gas pedal?

I saw the CDC kit and the clutch and brake pedals look OEM (slips over assembly rather than screw on or stick-on) but I don't like using adhesive for the throttle. I can just picture the pedal coming off as I go wide open.

The gas pedal is 'taped' on. Had my doubts about it also, but it's quite firm.Have not had an issue with mine @ all. Had them on about 2MO now.
I haven't seen Fords 07 pedals. Before you buy off CDC, if you do let me know. There's a cheaper place to buy @. I got mine from the company that states they make the pedals for Ford(GT-500).

That CDC accelerator pedal cover goes on there pretty well. Unless you grab hold of it and pull up on it, it's not going anywhere. I've had mine on there for about 4-5 months now and there is no indication of it loosening up.

Bump.

Can we order the Ford pedals without the whole assemblies? Kevin?

Just looked at where I got mine. ACC4Parts@aol.com makes the pedals for Ford. Last August the price was 40 for the manual and 35 for the Auntomatic plus shipping. These are 2 new pads for the brake and clutch and a stick on for the gas. No problems here.

Can we buy just the clutch and brake pedal covers? Will the adhesive fail with aggressive use of the clutch and brake?

There is no adhesive for the clutch and brake...it's a new cover, so you just replace it like a regular brake pedal bad.

In terms of the accelerator, I've had my pedals for 9 months now, with no issues at all. It's held on REALLY good (the kit comes with a promotor and, if memory serves, is 3M tape). But, you can always get the whole accelerator assembly from KC.

I installed my aftermarket Mustang pedals with a couple of screws.
Different brands here and the Ford Racing models are coming soon.
