Jacking - Repair manual sez?????
This subject always amuses me everytime it comes up. There are many who say "Don't use the rear diff" other that disagree. Some use the front A frame, others use the pinch welds.
Anyone have access to the Ford Repair manual (not the owners manual) on jacking and supporting for everyone? I'm assuming it would show jack stand placement etc that may help us all in the long run.

Most of us average joes dont have those "adapters" Ive seen ones you can buy that are suppossed to weld onto the car so you dont flatten the pinch welds. And others like the one listed below attach to your floor jack. That still leaves us with regular jack stands. Im sure with alittle ingenuity something can be devised.

Im wondering though if they could be welded to a floor jack and some jack stands?

I based the design on the the ones Steeda sells.
Bless his little heart, he did them in stainless.
