Issue with clutch? I think?
I have a 2008 5-speed V8 GT. OK heres my problem. when I start off in first gear it kinda sounds like a coffee can full of marbles right when the clutch engages. then it just sounds like the typical mechanical mess of gears and and stuff spinning. I never thought this sounded right but I never had a 5-speed V8. so anyway the thing that really has me worried is that when I am stopped and let out the clutch it sounds like something is dragging. if I have the car in gear and then put the stick in the neutral position and pop out the clutch i can feel the car kick a little and there is kind of a faint grinding sound. Now if I push in the clutch and pop it again it's fine. Then if i put the car in gear and take it out again and pop the clutch the same thing happens. Does this sound like a clutch or throw out bearing problem or a trans problem?

It sounds like your clutch isn't fully disengaging.
It could be the input shaft needs to be lubricated... or it may be something else.
I'd definitely take it in to have it looked at.
