Satruday I placed my order! I expected that it was too good to be true, went down there and I was in and out the door in 20 minutes with DORA in hand. Buying on the internet is so much easier.

GT Coupe Premium
Redfire
Interior Color Accent package
Active Anti Theft
IUP
17" Machined wheels

Bascially the same car that was on the Pony Tour.

I was quoted 24997 at an invoice of 25229.86, but after I got home I realized that they forgot the 17" upgrade wheels, so the price will be adjusted. I put $500 down.

These were the other deals I was offered over the internet.

Autofair - 26,575 (1,175 over invoice)
Danvers Ford - 26,877 (1,477 over invoice)
Malloy Ford - 26,421.23 (1,021 over invoice)
Regan Ford - MSRP (2.080 over invoice)
Stoneham Ford 27,285 (1,885 over invoice)
Acton Ford - MSRP (2.080 over invoice)
Bonnell - 27,285 (1,885 over invoice)
Nassar Ford - 27,480 (2.080 over invoice)
Salem Ford - 26,480 (1,080 over invoice)

Some dealers who offered the car at MSRP actually "followed up" and wondered why I didn't buy from them. This is what I told them:

Thanks but I've already placed an order elsewhere at 1% below invoice ($2000 less than what you were asking). I feel that charging MSRP is rediculous, unreasonable, and leaves a terrible impression on myself the buyer. Maybe if you lowered your prices you would make more money on volume and gain some lifetime customers, than overcharging the buyers you have. Thanks for your time.

Wow... that's cool. Ordered on a Saturday and had a DORA in 20 minutes. So do you have a VIN and build date?

Congrats- I ordered my GT via the internet as well and got excellent pricing from it as well- $500 under
And so much easier than dealing with some pushy salesman that had no clue about the car

You don't get that until it gets scheduled

Maybe what I have isn't a DORA, it just says vehicle order confirmation on it. Is there something that says DORA on it?

congrats to you and I hope you don't have to wait as long as I have so far! Perhaps when the cars start rolling in around April we will see the local dealers start to be reasonable in pricing

Paul aka "Karpro" sells at 200 under invoice, not 200 over.
