How do you make the Roush hood scoop functional

Anyone know how to make the Roush hood scoop functional? Has anyone done this? Any help you guys have would be great.

...........remove the grill insert in the scoop, cut a hole in your hood........

don't forget to add duct work. It is useless to let air in and not have it go to your air box/filter. but make sure there is a filter in the line before it reaches the tb

Yeah Ian made his functional and then wrecked the front of his car and replaced the hood with the GTR Ram Air Hood.

I just went on CDC website and it says that they sell conponents to the shaker system seperately so I will most likely get the duct work from them.

Well direct air to the filter helps........

But if its useless to just let air in, then the front grill is 80% useless
