Recalibrate or not

I had Ford re-calibrate my computer when I put 20's on My car is being repainted with new strips and clear-coat, They've disconnected the battery for a few days. While working on it Now my question is would the computer kick back in to the default mode or should it still be calibrated for the 20s?
They only charged me 46.00 but if don't need too, I'd rather keep that next 46.

You should be fine. You shouldn't need to reprogram just for unhooking the battery.
