Well at least you are consistant
. It is not that hard to have the shop that installing your kit make you hard lines if you really want them. Since we make the installer mount the line locks, it would leave us no room for error if we supplied hard lines - if I told everyone or anyone that they needed hardlines then I would have been happy to refund their money if they felt slighted. We have now shipped around 187 kits and everyone seems very happy. I already responded to your PM but it sure seems like at this point I could fly to your house and do the install myself and you would still not be happy

The point was that I went with the GMS linelock kit over the PMP kit because of the hardlines and in the end it did not come with them. I could have had the shop bend lines, but that would have cost more, not worth it in the end as I already had the flex lines.
It does not take much to make me happy and it also does not take much to push me the other way. I just don't like getting the run around. Like I told you my shop liked the looks of the kit. I would have been very happy with it other then the bad solenoid and phone response.
Needless to say this thread can be closed deleted as its all been resolved
