Do most Mustang GT's get modded their 1st year
When I get mine, it'll be getting a range of electrical gadgets within an hour or two... (it's my line of work)
And there's a 3 page list of things to follow that would in due course turn this

Into this:

It's going to be like my Jeep. An endless project.

I disagree with that statement. I've seen a lot more stock Mustangs, both GT and V6, on the road than I have modded Mustangs. Those of us on the forums, who have our next dozen mods already planned out, we represent a small percentage of the Mustang-owning community.
Most are not modded.
Most people don't work on their cars at all.
Just by reading the forums you can tell people are afraid to touch the intake.
I already my tailight mod ready before the car arrived.

I bought my Legend Lime Gt in Mid September and have not modded it at all!!!
If by "modded" you mean a blower, tune, CAI, gears, or some other type of performance enhancing add-on, I would say a resounding NO. I have none of the mentioned items and don't plan on doing them either. I think I am in the majority of owners that love the car the way it came from the dealer, with the exception of a few cosmetic/gadget upgrades. Like metioned above, this and other Mustang enthusiast sites will have a larger crowd of those that add-on performance goodies, so these sites are not representative of the general buying public.

If your talking performance mods only, then while only a guess, I would say less than 50% of the Mustang GT's are modded during the intial warranty period. A number of my club members have a long list of performance mods they intend to do after the warranty expires.

Seriously doubt that. Most of the GT owners mod their cars quickly.
Why do you think its so **** hard to find a non modded Fox?
I for one, don't give a **** about warranty's. If something breaks, upgrade!
Had my XCAL2 and tune within the first month of ownership, then intake the follwing month, pullies shortly after. Just added GTA mufflers a few months ago, have a set of CMCV delete plates waiting to go on and planning on doing gears in the next month or two.
Too many mods to go and not enough money
