The 3V 4.6L is significantly cheaper to build compared to the new coyote 5.0 for their difference in crate price you can stroke the 4.6 to blow that 5.0 out of the water...so it really comes down to body style...and i prefer my 05s body style...the new **** is ugly and almost doesnt resemble any of the classic predecessors of its legacy

 

It depends I guess. For me it would be what type of shape would you find a 08~10 ? Modding is modding of course. With the 2012, you would not have to really do much of anythig....perhaps a CIA and tune and thats it.

For a 08~10 your looking at S/C for power, LCA's UCA's Springs shocks for the suspension, gears perhaps...and a few other odds and in's to get it up to speed.

Again, it depends on the budget and what you want. Me ? I would pobably go with a 2012.

 

Well final update for this thread. Brought her home today...2007 GT Premium/5mt/ Black/Red leather int. Power heated seats Shaker500 18" Premium(polished fan blades silver accents). Getting windows tinted 27% all around tomorrow. Probably get CAI-SCT tuner before summer. Looking forward to many many enjoyable miles...now just have to name her...

Thanks! Yeah I have already found out. Washed her yesterday, already dirty today. Spent $100 on detailing supplies today. Hope to get a good shine on her this weekend. Had windows tinted day after I signed the paperwork. Can't have the SC sun turning my nice red interior some horrible shade of pink LOL
