Dealer Advertisment stickers
Has anyone had to remove a dealer advertisement sticker off there car..
I only ask because my car has a build date of tommorow and it would just be a shame to know it had a sticker on the paint.
You can bet I will make sure I tell the dealer that I in no way want this on my car unless of course they are willing to pay me for the advertising say 5000 Dollars.

Call the dealer and tell them. Mine sat in the dealers show room with nothing more than a paper dealer "licence plate" until I picked it up 2 days later. I had them give me a licence plate frame to hold me over until I find one I like.

Bought my car from Woody Anderson in Huntsville Al. They didn't put a sticker on the car. In fact none of the 05 Mustangs on their lot that I looked at had stickers on them. I think they undertand the importance of not stickering up and American Icon.
I specifically asked my dealer not to touch my car at all. They did not wash it, they did not pull the plastic off, etc. HOWEVER, they assumed it was ok to put a crooked vinyl decal on my car, so when I got her home, it was sunny outside, and I peeled it off with my fingernail, and wiped off the small amount of residue with microfiber and some Honda Pro Cleaner sold at any motorcycle dealership.

My dealer put one on even though I told them not to. It's no big deal though. I just got a hair dryer and softened them up even though they were fresh, pulled them off with my fingernail, then what little residue is left I took care of with wd-40 on a cloth, wiped it off then followed up with water.

You should bill them for sticker removal...

Actually, with everything this dealer did for me, the last thing I am going to do is complain. They gave me an awesome deal on an 05, after spending two hours on the phone to other dealerships bragaining for a dealer trade! I am more than happy to advertise for them, just not by having stickers on my car! :nono:
