Customer Service issue

I called the Ford Customer Service 1-800 number to get an update on my already reportedly built GT... When I asked if the could find an update on my car the lady on the other end of the phone reported to me that they can no longer check the status of 05 mustangs... she said that even before christmas they had a major computer issue and that any information ive received so far on my car has been wrong because of the glitch... then i asked her why the lady the day before or any days before that from customer service had not informed me of this... she said obviously they did not know about it... im kinda getting the feeling she was giving me major BS because of all the people calling to get their stangs checked on... anyone else have this problem?

I called this week since my car was scheduled to be built this week. Rep gave me that the car was in production, could not give me a specific date and that the estimated delivery was 2/15. No mention of a computer problem, etc

well i just called again today and the different rep was more than happy to track it for me... and as of now my car is in transit via convoy carrier! Expected delivery date of 1-8 a bump up from expected date of 13th
