I have called no less than 15 dealers in my area to see what they're getting for stock. So far, I've yet to find a single GT with the color accent package (red leather interior). Did I miss something on this? Is there a problem or delay with this particular interior group?

 

The reason is in the numbers. Based on the order guide, estimates for production of the Accent package is 10%. So look at it this way...Only 1 in 10 cars that you see at a dealer will have this option.

 

just order your own to your liking and taste, then it will really be yours, instead of a statistical order

 

I have found at least three so far in the surrounding Pittsburgh area. Funny, I am looking for one without it and am having trouble finding one, that is a red-fire. So far two of the ones I found with the accent package were red-fire.

 

I am also looking for one without it in OKC, but all the black and red Stangs have the Red Seats.

My dealer's first two arrivals will be GTs with the red leather - one is Redfire and the other Mineral Gray. Can't wait to see both of them. I imagine most dealers put in early orders for that interior to give everyone including the sales staff a good look at it. I think it will be especially awesome in convertibles next spring.
