Hello all

Just wondering your take on this. I tried calling customer service again and got some more info.

Apparently my dealer did not assign a priority code to my order. What does this mean? Am I the only order so there would be no need to assign one? This is a small dealership and the manager said they took a bunch of unsold 2004's and moved them for Ford.
Additionally, the guy told me to call back in two weeks to check the status as something will probably change.

Any info is greatly appreciated!
Ryan

Also, I got my DORA and it didn't have a priority number on it.

Thanks
Ryan

I just got off the phone
Their just about as dumb as the ford order system. He couldn't
tell me the priority number, I have it on my dora & voc but wanted to check to see if
the dealer changed it from 10 to another number.
He also said, "Ford builds them by the date their ordered
I told him that they don't and he said I don't know what I talking about
Don't waste your time, their's no useful info there. :bang: :bang:

stay on top of it Ryan when i called the customer line they would tell me to call back in two weeks should have a change....then when i called back 2 weeks later they would use the same line " call back in two weeks" i finally told them i am tired of the same line. Just stay on top of your order and keep talking with your dealer to make things happen.

Ordering direct from the factory would get rid of all the
bull in between! God! that would be so sweet!
Happy Trails!!
