he didnt want to hear my excuse either but mine wasnt speeding. I always seem to get it when i am not in my area for some reason. I'm thinking of talking to the prosecutor.

I just don't go over to unincorporated Shelby County anymore. Plus I still don't speed( I don't consider less than 5 speeding!). Problem solved.

I am amazed my other car hasn't been stopped yet. Go figure, its stealth. I don't speed- he has a leadfoot.

I know for a fact he blew by a county cop going 80 on the same stretch of road I got screwed over on and didn't get pulled over. I was ticked for the rest of the day. Maybe the bright yellow one just looks fast?

So you should only go to court to fight little tickets? Ridiculous. Go fight it. EVERYONE I know that has fought a speeding ticket (not racing or reckless driving) has either had points or dollars reduced. In fact I fought one and they reduced it to a non-moving violation so my insurance wasn't even affected.

I didn't trust myself to not curse out the cop again(me and jail- no mix!). Plus Brians last ticket is going off as mine as going on so I won't get an insurance increase.

I stand by it being total

though.

i got to much on my lic. with this so i dont know how far they'd go down. this is the 3rd-4th thing(no comments please). it is not speeding but more than 2 points. I wanted to try the court cuz he said i could but i dont want to try if i dont get it and folks tell me its a small town and dont think much would go down.
