Does anyone know if these puppies are cranked out 24 hours a day or in 2 shifts? Just curious. Still wondering if that army of men, women and robots have assembled my car yet.
My salesman is the coolest ever. He suggested that I come down as soon as the car arrives so I can watch it get pulled off the trailer and see it PDI'd. I'm guessing he knows I'm a fanatic!

I called the customer service part and acted like I was my salesman.... thats how I found out my info, my salesman isn't very informative/helpful...... Celtic you better take advantage of your offer to observe....thats a once in a lifetime situation!!!!! My dealer did tell me today that mine is the only 05 GT he is going to get, all of his others have been V-6's.... FOrd pulled all of his other orders and he can't get any more 05's........

The cool thing is that my salesman suggested I be there for the car's arrival. Not once, but twice! It's funny because he seems as pumped about delivering the car as I am about taking delivery. I'll have my digital camera on hand for lots of pix. Hope to duplicate BEACHBOY's "virtual delivery." It was a classic.

Has anyone found out yet if there car is built yet! How soon after it gets built doest the ERL update?
I checked the ERL today and it says that I am still scheduled for this week.

Yeah, I read that SuperSonicBlueMustang got built and he's on a convoy!
As of last night, ERL said the same thing: "As of April 14th, your unit is scheduled to be built week of April 11th."
Should be updated late tonight, after 11:30 DST from what I hear.

How exactly did the ERL describe your status?I just called and my status hasn't changed. Still says "As of April 14th, your unit is scheduled to be built week of April 11th."
Oh well, I can only hope the news is better in the morning...

I wish the ERL would update. Third time today I have heard as of April 14th. Hello, it is tax day.... April 15th!!!!!

The problem is if they screw up bad enough, there are somethings they can't fix at the dealership. The good news is that it looks to be rare that they screw the orders up.
