Baer GT+ Rebuild Kit?

I'm looking to get my calipers powdercaoted for my Baer GT+ big brake kit. I know you're supposed to replace the seals and everything when you remove them to powdercoat. I haven't had any luck locating a rebuild kit for the. Like the Brembos have....any help is appreciated!

Kevin, I had a set of GT500 Brembos that I powdercoated. I had a very difficult time finding any rebuild kits. I even contacted Brembo, and they told me they didn't offer a rebuild kit, if there was an issue with the caliper the dealer would install a brand new one and send the faulty one back to them. If you have to put the seals on Brembo told me that you are supposed to send the caliper to them for them to do the work. They supposedly have a proprietary process to put the two halfs back together.

That's what I was told, but I found seals in the right size (not from brembo) and I pieced the caliper together, and drove it for a while, sold it last march, and the brakes still work well.

I don't know about the Bear GT+, but you may need to contact them to see if they tell you the same thing or something else.
