I have really decided that I like the ducktail style spoiler on the cdc mustang. I placed my order back in Oct. with a spoiler and it's still unscheduled. I am unsure as to how the ducktail is installed and don't know deleting the spoiler is the right thing to do? If that's makes it easier to install the ducktail spoiler, is it even possibe to amend my order w/o getting pushed to the back of the order line? And if I can change the order does this make me fall into Nov. 29 price increase? Thanks in advance for any input .

With the Spoiler shortages it may actually help your cause, but I'm not an expert, maybe Karpro can come in confirm.

 

The spoiler delete won't set you back, it might even help. If you are currently unpulled and unscheduled you can make changes with no delay. Your dealer just goes into CONCEPS, inputs your order number and uses the alter feature. Being that the order was placed prior to 11/29 you are price protected.

 

Hauss....I have amended my order a couple of different times, and I was told that it does not affect the position of the order at all. I was also told that once an order is pulled and assigned a build date, then it's too late to make changes. I ordered mine WITHOUT SPOILER, and it had nothing to do with the ducktail. I just plain and simply think it looks best without, and more like the older fastback. Enjoy your car when you get it....

 

i amended my order and it didn't have any negative effect on me. Picked up my car 1 week ago!!!
