Agent 47's New Naca Duct for Quarter Windows

I stopped by Agent 47 the other day to pick up some stuff for my car and I noticed that the new Naca Ducts for the quarter window were finished. These are pretty fricken cool, especially if you do any racing. You can check them out here:

I talked to Heath today and he said they were ready for order now, if anyone is interested.

Not too bad, but for the time being I will keep my SHR inserts.

I wonder?

How much air actually flows throught this opening? I'm not sure if I like the shape it reminds of a can of soda the opening minus the ring.

I love some of there other stuff. I've been thinking about those mirros they make.

If they would drop the price of the mirrors down to about $250, I would jump right on them...

I think they look great!

Just not $350 great...

the shape of a Naca Duct is very specific to race applications, it has been used for a long time as it is the perfect shape based on mathematical calculations and engineering to get the best air flow. This is why you will see them on all types of race cars and on things like Ferraris and other exotics.

they are retooling the mirrors from ABS plastic and will have them out soon, this will allow for a better fit (as the current ones, while are still better fitting than OEM, werent up to par with A47's high standards) and an OEM look, and bring the price down.

If you have a Mustang race car then they make plenty of sense.

"This version incorporates naca ducts for routing that all too important air flow to the Driver, Brakes, Helmet, Diff cooler, etc…. "

If you have a daily driver, then it's probably of no use to you.

Guys. Naca duct is a race proven design and it sure works. Does it work for you? YES, but you need to make it to work.... the idea is not to scoop rain inside the car. You can route ducting where ever you want... rear brakes, rear diff cooler or if you're into roadracing oyu can route the air into your helmet area or your ***** to cool them off. Sure they scoop a little rain too, but that's cooling things even more...
