on top of that, some dealers have an extra $500 coupon from the internet...

so, $3000 off...plus whatever else u can negotiate...

 

Well at least i got the $500 rebate,that brings my GT/CS down to invoice. It's going to end up being a couple of hundred less then my '05 GT was.

Where do you find the extra $500 coupons from dealerships? Their standard website?

 

There is no difference as far as the rebate goes. If you ordered the car you are buying from dealer stock.

I checked the rebates for my area and they listed the $2500 for 2006 Mustang GT autos only. The 2007 GT has $1000 and the manual has only $500. It must vary from region to region.

 

I agree, I checked the Ford Partner and Ford Direct web sites, -$1000 for an auto and -$500 for the manual under 11210. No dealer stock restrictions for '07s.

I wanted to apply those rebates to an '06 back in October on a Vista Blue GT vert. with tan interior and tan top, manual. Unfortunately the dealership had left the windows down 4" on each side and a heavy thunderstorm moved through the area three days before. There was over an inch of water in the footwells. The vehicle sat another two days before they put it in the shop. With 5800 already on the odometer and a very soggy interior, I passed. That was the last GT vert manual 06 I could find in Fla.

'07 Torch red GT vert, manual, cloth top - 5 weeks and counting. Maybe 4 as schedule date is first week of December.
