'08 V6 Appearance Package, not Mach 1.

Some people posted awhile ago some pictures that they found online on some other sites of a orange mustang with a billet grille, painted hood and hood scoop, thinking it was either a Boss or Mach 1. I was up in the showroom and noticed this hero card and scanned it in. Looks like a nice addition to the V6 Line-Up.

Nice. That would probably be a close performer to a stock SN95 GT; and with lower insurance rates. I wonder if the pony package is going bye-bye...

BTW, Can you tell if it's dealer installed?

That rear fascia could work nicely with my GT after I swap out my rockers and front fascia... although the GT/CS rear still looks nicer.

Nice looking stang. I like how it has true dual exhaust too.

That's nice. It really makes the V6 look better. A V6 5 speed with that appearance package would be a really fun car.

Nice appearance package for the V6!

The only problem is by the time you add the appearance, performance and handling packages all together......$$ Doh! I could of had a V8!!

yeh but for insurance reasons many people are limited to the v6 as oppose to the v8, regardless of the initial cost......my insurance would have been double on a gt. I'm perfectly content with my car.

Better handling car, better on gas, good looking and you can always go forced induction for crazy power.

Pony Package is still alive and well. Yes, these are dealer items.

From what i understand on the sheet, everything except for the power pack, dual exhaust, and handling pack, are already installed from the Factory. But the appearance package is not available yet, it will be available after December 3rd, same time as the Bullitt.

What you get with the package from the factory is:
18" Maurader Wheels
Billet Grille
Lip Spoiler
Hood Stripe
Hood Scoop
Side Scoops
Deck Lid Applique
Black Spoiler
Single Bright Exhaust Tip
Black Floor Mats

I'm not sure where they got this rear fascia from, i'll need to check on that. Whether its just been cut, or if it is a new offered accessory fascia.

Pretty good little package! Now all it needs is the 3.5 liter V6!

That does look nice ... so it's a total of $4,400 extra on top of standard V6 Mustang MSRP to get everything ... plus if I read the fine print correctly the handling and performance package does not include installation. I bet install would be another $1K .... So now you are at the price of a GT .... However .. if looks are important this looks much better than a stock GT IMHO ...

Looks great with grabber orange, but the black with vapor silver or Dark candy apple red....

Ford should put performance white and torch red.
