Amy, great job as usual.
The vista blue looks really good IMO. You can really see the flake in the closeup shot. While I love my sonic blue, I would have no regrets if I had waited for vista.
Can you clarify if the fanblades are polished or painted?

Thanks for the great pics Amy.
Is it just me or do the fanblades look more 2D than the ones we have seen until this point (similar to how the 17" Bullitts are more 2D than the ones found on the SN-95's)? It may just be because of the conflicting finishes on them, but it seems the 5 "spokes" seem to curve in less in the middle than the all chrome ones we have seen up to now.
Maybe I am just seeing things.

Thanks for the pic's Amy ,I can see that they are using semi sticky weights insead of the hammer on weights ...about time And I belive you are right Amy there was a test mule with a set of high polished rims but if i recall they said that there was alot of blems/discoloration in the casting so there would be a lot of scrap and I would guess that this would be passed on ,with painted inserts less scrap but I was hopeing that it would be in dark charcoal metallic like this test rim here.
