So it's a few things I'm going to need them to do something with the 02 and fuel pump module after that it should be good to go. Brought it to the right place they have been informing me on a lot of things about it too so hopefully with this the car will last me a while

Also Take a Peek at the Terminals in the OBD PORT. Maybe some Pins are Shorting and Plugging in Separates Them? Also check wiring from Port back for Cuts and or Abrasions.KC

The shop gave me an obd that's also Bluetooth they have been really helpful through this whole thing I'm going to pick up the car after work those are things I will get to replacing when I have money again def going to check out the wiring. I think the previous owner messed with the obd **** so I couldn't see problems it was currently having at sale

It all boils down to Issues that were withheld from you at time of Sale. I have bought and sold many many cars over the years and I always disclose everything I know about the car I'm selling. It's how I roll! Too Bad there are so many dishonest people out there taking advantage of people. It's a sad state and only getting worse. We Live & Learn that BUYER BEWARE is just everywhere!
Well it sounds like you got a Good Shop to deal with now & we look Forward to Figuring this out!
Best of Luck!

Thanks For Keeping us in the Loop! The Mystery Goes on. So it Drives Fine with the Scanner Plugged in No Issues at all and Still Does all the Madness with it Unplugged??

I did a Little Searching for Car Runs Only with Obd II Scanner Plugged in and This is what I Found! I cut & Pasted the Answer! Makes Sense. Check All Underhood Wiring.
This is 99% of the time a grounding problem. Plugging in the obd2 allows a ground connection on a couple lines that are otherwise open. Remote start system is likely as it could be intercepting some of those grounds, but it could be other ground connections as well!
Also Consider This
The engine and body get grounded together, through the mechanical parts, but it is not a good electrical ground, and when some of it gets corroded, it can be intermittent, or not at all. So the best bet is the firewall to engine ground, connections should be clean, and maybe use some dielectric grease on the firewall one as it will corrode.
I have Had Cars I Had to Add one of these to Get Everything Working Right! Just Need Some Good Wire With Some Eyelets.
Easy Add on for Peace of Mind.

Dorman Strap Should Be Easy to Locate Locally.
Anyway that is My Suggestion.

Haha yeah but atleast most of everything is replaced now no engine codes at all and it does pop up so it wasn't messed with. I honestly think thre is a wire problem somewhere at this point but I'm not chasing it I'm just enjoying it at this point. I've only put 2k miles on it since I bought it a few months ago hha

Exactly 100% spot on.. Any codes pulled from the ECM would most definitely be helpful..
