04 mustang v6 running rough

While driving, it occasionally runs well, but doesn't last very long. Most of the time it feels like its missing (very badly) the coil, spark plugs, wires, have been changed, I ran injector cleaner through it and was alright, for about one drive. And occasionally, the whole car lurches as if it were dieing, but continues to run, it never dies, starts very quickly, but has a sick idle, and I forgot to mention, when your pushing it, it runs like a sewing machine, perfect, what could be the matter?

I would start by cleaning the throttle body. Remove it to clean it.

Have you replaced the fuel filter? Are you getting any DTC codes?

My GT that I recently purchased had the same issues. Just found out the po put in the wrong plugs, they were old, and not a matched set. Plus the fuel filter was so dirty the fuel had a deep brown color upon exiting the filter. Changed all those things and she runs great. I thing the fuel filter was a major issue......
