just besure to get the computer and wiring harness from the donor car if you go that route. 03-04 cobras are coil on plugs where our 96-98 cobras have 2 coil packs.

If I bought a block lets say would I rather have the naturally aspirated block or the one for supercharged applications? On American muscle they are priced the same for the 4.6l 4v. We might not supercharge right now but wait a while after the car is running fine again. Would it affect it getting the supercharged one now and running it without a blower for a while?
And I agree - if you're not going to build it, go with a shortblock.

We are goin to wait on the rebuild. We found out the head gasket is not the problem. The oil is coming from the place where the oil filter screws in. I'm not sure on what it's called.

Only problem now is my new clutch quadrant doesn't want to stay adjusted it has maybe 100 miles on it.

Yup! It's just burning off some of the oil that coated the exhaust still, smells bad. It runs but won't be moving till I can take it to the shop on Monday and complain about the "new" quadrant they put in the car.
