Any signs of corrosion around hoses? Any freeze plugs in the head?

Otherwise could be head gasket.

I think I found the problem I think my water neck gasket has gone bad cause it seems to be moist around it every time I look at it.. Hope thats the problem but idk cause there was a good bit of water in the driver side plugs also I NEVER drive this car maybe 100 miles in the last two years and with the cirvinis ram air hood I suppose it could be leaking water onto my motor thru the ram air vents

That water can cause a misfire. I had to fab a engine cover to keep water out of my spark plug holes when I installed a Cobra R hood (with vents opened up).
