LRS has this one for $239 (replacement...dont think oem)

Tom,

It's just the air intake, not the manifold. I might even be able to pick one up at a junk yard.

congrats on your nice choice ,enjoy and good luck with it .its deffintly going to be enjoyable with the top down on nice days and nites.i own a 96gt convertible also and it has been great owning it and alot of fun and glad i bought it many many yrs ago.enjoy
